Alon is the founder and Chief Architect at CodeValue.
Alon is a global authority on multiple technologies and platforms – Cloud Computing, Windows internals, C++ Windows programming, .NET with C# or C++/(CLI/CX).
He is co-author of the Windows 7 Microsoft Training Program and the books Introducing Windows 7 for Developers published by Microsoft Press.
For his proven expertise and community leadership, Alon was awarded Microsoft Regional Director (MRD) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP VC++) status. As a result Alon is an in-demand speaker on these subjects at major international conferences such as TechEd Europe, TechEd USA, NDC and more.
Beyond heading up most of CodeValue’s complex, strategic consulting and development projects, Alon is a CodeCollege top faculty member, bringing to the job many years of training experience both in Israel and abroad. Alon received his B.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel’s prestigious Institute of Technology.

Aaron is a co-founder at CodeValue and has over 15 years of experience in developing software products and solutions.
He has a vast experience in leading large development teams, Software Architecture and Web Development. In recent years Aaron led various projects involving most modern and current frameworks, Web Development methodologies and DevOps, using up-to-date agile methodologies and practices.
Aaron has a vast international experience as well, spending several years in North-America where he successfully led international projects coordinating global teams and resources.

As one of CodeValue’s founders and the leader of its Web division, Amir oversees the design and implementation of many complex distributed systems and applications.
In the recent years, Amir has lead development teams, conducted lectures and workshops, and has tackled numerous technological obstacles head-on in both client and server-side products.
Amir is one of CodeValue’s college instructors, giving lectures in various areas, such as architecture, microservices, Cloud, .NET, and the entire Web stack. In addition, Amir is very keen on speaking publicly, making presentations in various user groups, meetups and software related forums.
Ariel is a co-founder at CodeValue and advanced mobile technologies practice leader.
He is a leading software architect and expert developer of client-based solutions using Microsoft .NET, Windows, iOS, Android and Web platforms.
A recognized team and community leader (.NET User Group, ALT.NET), an avid mobile developer in iOS, Android and Windows Store/Windows Phone, Ariel’s expertise includes advanced UI software design using WPF with Prism on UI development: WPF, Web, Mobile and UI architectures.
With more than 10 years’ experience at the cutting edge of the software industry, Ariel now creates innovative products for developers, acts as a lead consultant, and conducts courses around the world. Eli Arbel is a co-founder at CodeValue and CodeCollege instructor.
Eli is an experienced software architect. with a vast experience as a developer and as a technology leader, as well as a mentor.
Today, Eli focuses on the Microsoft ecosystem, developing advanced infrastructures and systems in numerous frameworks. In his capacity as a leading member in the CodeValue College team, Eli gave many professional courses and lectures.
Eli holds a BA in computer science from the Open University.
Eran Stiller is a software architect, consultant, instructor and technology addict. With many years of experience in software development and architecture, Eran is recognized as a Microsoft MVP on Microsoft Azure for his contribution to technical communities worldwide.
A Co-Founder at CodeValue Ltd., Eran practices software architecture at various clients on an almost daily basis, reviewing many designs in many professional fields. As CodeValue’s CTO, Eran is in charge of learning and promoting the usage of various technologies and platforms throughout CodeValue’s projects and customer solutions.
Eran instructs various software courses and workshops and is a frequent public speaker at various local & international events, meetups and user groups on topics he finds especially interesting. Furthermore, Eran is the founder of Azure Israel – the largest Azure related Meetup in Israel.
Erez has 20 years’ experience in defining User Experience in a range of domains and technologies. He is a founder and head of UX CodeValue. He teaches UX design at academia and industry and also mentors startups and company teams at the Google TLV campus. Erez is a Google Product Design Expert (GDE).
Erez holds a B.Sc. in Physics & Mathematics from the Hebrew University and a Masters in Design (M.E.Des) from the University of Calgary.
Michael Kanevsky a co-founder at CodeValue and is an experienced architect, with a passion for technology and more than 12 years of development and management experience. His experience covers developing and managing software projects of different types and sizes: from the smallest DSP-based real-time applications, to multi-site distributed processing applications built with the latest Microsoft technologies.
When not building pocket-sized, number crunching devices in his spare time, he can be found developing and consulting in areas of embedded development, image processing and enterprise applications for Israeli and international companies. His love for entrepreneurship got him involved in several start-up companies, with CodeValue being the latest and the most promising endeavor so far.
Gil Wolbrum is a co-founder at CodeValue and a skilled software architect, with more than 15 years of experience.
As experienced senior consultant Gil specializes in client side architecture and implementation using Microsoft technologies such as WPF, Silverlight and ASP-MVC. His expertise help companies to design and implement the best client-side solution optimized for their particular need.
Gil has a vast experience in developing Custom UI Controls and customizing 3rd party control suites such as Telerik, Devexpress and Infragistics.
Gil also has experience with GIS systems and is familiar with oracle spatial, ESRI tools and propriety mapping infrastructures.
Dror is a senior consultant and Architect working at CodeValue.
He has been writing software professionally for more than a decade, during which he has worked for industry giants such as Intel and SAP as well as small startup companies. He has extensive knowledge of many programming languages and platforms including C++, assembly, .NET (C#/VB) and Java.
Dror is a Pluralsight author and public speaker. He is an expert in agile methodologies and software engineering practices. When not writing code, Dror mentors developers and conducts courses about clean code, unit testing and TDD.

Tamir Dresher is a software architect, consultant, instructor and technology addict that leads the Cloud Division at CodeValue Israel.
With more than 10 years of experience of developing and architecting systems both on-premise and on the cloud, Tamir holds the title of Microsoft MVP in Visual Studio and Development Technologies, and he is the author of the book “Rx.NET in Action” published by Manning (http://manning.com/dresher/).
Ronen has over 17 years of experience in the software industry, most of which spent in software development Management. He has extensive experience in leading and executing complex software implementation projects, from definition to DevOps, including UX, Architecture and development execution. For the last couple of years, he has been focusing on using his experience and technical skills, together with his passion for efficiency and simplicity, to support organizations in defining their work procedures and succeed in their Agile journey. As an experienced technical individual on the one hand, and a management team member with experience in several organizations and corporations on the other hand, Ronen has a unique blend of skills that helps him understand the reality that organizations are facing, and the perspectives and needs of the different functions. Before joining CodeValue, Ben served as Director of Business Development in Taldor Communications, responsible for the entire computing infrastructure business operation.
In his previous position Ben served as Director of Professional Services in GlassHouse Technologies, Leading the Professional services and Support Organization.
Dani is the CFO at CodeValue.
Dani has many years of experience in various areas of financial management, financial reporting and tax management.
Before joining CodeValue, Dani served as the Controller for the International Real Estate Group Canada-Israel, responsible for managing financial and operational aspects of the group.
Before that Dani served as a CPA at Price Waterhouse Coopers, mainly specializing in Audit and Tax reviews.
Dani is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ilana has 12 years of human resources and managerial experience in the hi-tech industry, in both national and international companies & corporations. Ilana has the know how in business partnership, talent acquisition, training development, coaching and organizational development.
Ilana also specializes in project management, budget planning and mergers & acquisitions processes.
Before joining CodeValue, Ilana was part of human resources team at Intel Corporation, leading the hiring for Intel Design Groups, partnering with senior management of Global Intel, and leading strategic mergers & acquisitions processes. In this role Ilana was also responsible for training development, legal consulting and compensation & benefits aspects.
Ilana holds MA in Organizational Sociology from Haifa University and Coaching Diploma from the Technion.
Haim Kabesa is a DevOps solution architect, senior consultant, technological leader, instructor and musician.
There is nothing that fascinates him more than to learn new technologies and spread his knowledge and experience with the community. He designed and implemented DevOps solutions for many complex distributed systems working both on cloud and on-premises infrastructures, while using cutting-edge technologies and his many years of experience in this field. While so many tools and infrastructures are available out there, Haim always tries to keep his solution as simple and efficient as it can.
As the leader the DevOps group of CodeValue, Haim trains teams for customers who want to embrace the fast-growing world of DevOps. He is also frequently giving lectures on various DevOps related topics, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, cloud infrastructure automation, test automation, and the entire DevOps stack. Currently, the topics that inspire him the most are Cloud Native apps and Unikernels.
Guillaume is a tech enthusiast and a guitar player. Though he wrote his first lines of code at the age of 7 and still listens to his geek side, he holds a Master of Science degree in Material Science and spent the last 17 years developing complex yield management, data analysis and process control solutions for the semiconductor industry.
Based out of Austin, TX, Guillaume now leads the CodeValue effort in establishing a meaningful presence in the US. He believes in making a difference in how software gets built and serves individuals.
Over his career, Guillaume has grown extensive experience in all aspects of global operations in software development, including offshoring and outsourcing. Road-warrior at times, he spent the bulk of his time working with customers, and ran projects, operations and sales. Over the last 10 years, he focused on product and product marketing management roles, driving teams to deliver highly profitable software products, and enabling end users to achieve complex analysis tasks in spite of overwhelming data, enabling positive UX.
